All of my medicinal formulations are crafted with organic or wildcrafted herbs.  Oils are organic when possible, and pure always.  Beeswax is sourced from Northern AB & BC apiaries, pure and organic and far away from commercial industries.  Alcohol is organic cane alcohol. 

Oil infusions are prepared first with an overnight alcohol intermediary in order to facilitate the extraction of all plant compounds possible, then infused at very low temperature (95 to 100 degrees fahrenheit) over 72 to 96 hours.  (In this process, all alcohol is removed as well.). This process sets my products apart from most others out there and creates the highest quality and potency.

Note on Best Practices:

​

Shelly uses Good Manufacturing Process & Best Practice Techniques including such things as: Sterilization of equipment, workspace & utensils, alcohol intermediary preparations, wearing of gloves & proper clothing, keeping finished products separated from materials, and packaging with only new first-time use containers and bottles.

Shelly doesn't use preservative agents aside from the preservative qualities of essential oils, organic cane alcohol and beeswax (which keeps the integrity of the product nicely). Please use products with clean hands. It is generally recommended to use products within a year of opening (however many products keep for several years… please use best judgment & discontinue use if product begins to discolour, lose its smell, or has other changes).
